The High-Efficiency Box Pleated Filter is specifically designed for challenging environments such as variable air volume (VAV) and turbulent flow systems, as well as frequent fan cycling. It is suitable for a wide range of operating conditions and is available in high-temperature and high-humidity resistant versions.

Featuring a robust construction, adhesive is applied between each separator and the adjacent pleat to securely fix the filter media. This minimizes vibration during operation, prevents media damage, and enhances burst resistance, allowing the filter to perform reliably in variable air volume or high-pressure applications.

How to Select a Pleated HEPA Filter
Step 1: Determine the required filtration efficiency: H10 to H14. Custom efficiency options are also available based on specific customer needs.
Step 2: Select the frame material. Options include wood, aluminum, galvanized steel, and stainless steel folded frames.
Step 3: Choose the separator material. Options are paper separators or aluminum foil separators (typically used for high-temperature or high-humidity applications).
Step 4: Decide whether a protective mesh is needed. If required, options include single-side or double-side mesh, with materials such as aluminum diamond mesh, hot-dip galvanized mesh, stainless steel mesh, or cold-rolled painted mesh (standard option).
Step 5: Confirm the required filter dimensions and ensure compatibility with the installation space.
Step 6: Determine whether a flange is needed for installation. Options include single-flange or double-flange designs.
