1. OEM manufacturing services are offered: Our customization covers products (e.g., material grade selection, technical parameter adjustment, performance optimization) and packaging (including brand logo printing, anti-shock protective packaging) to meet your needs.
2. Samples of standard parts are available upon request, mainly for pre-production checks. This helps you confirm the product’s compatibility with your equipment and ensure quality consistency.
3. We will respond to your inquiries within 24 working hours (excluding major international holidays).
4. After your order is shipped, we will track the products for you once every two days until you receive them. When you get the goods, test them and submit feedback; if you have any issues, contact us directly, and we will offer targeted solutions within 1 working day.
