Cleaning Process and Operation
The cleaning process utilizes a water-based cleaning solution that is externally added. The liquid is pre-heated by an integrated heater to enhance cleaning effectiveness. Operators set the cleaning duration via the touch screen interface. During operation, high-pressure water flow generated by the pump effectively removes residual solder paste from the squeegee. The dislodged solder paste is captured and filtered through a bag filtration system for recycling, extending the cleaning solution's lifecycle while ensuring thorough cleaning without residue.
The rinsing process uses water as the rinsing solution, supplied through external piping. Rinse timing is programmable via the touch screen. High-pressure water impact removes any remaining liquid residue from the fixture surface, with contaminants being filtered out to prevent secondary pollution and guarantee optimal cleaning results.
The drying process employs heater-generated high temperatures and circulating hot air to evaporate residual moisture from the squeegee. The heated airflow accelerates liquid evaporation, effectively removing all moisture from the fixture to achieve complete drying.
