- Cutting Carrier Tapes: Use designated cutting tools (GSMTL20/GSMTL30/GSMTL40) for precise cutting to ensure perfect alignment
- Preparing Splice Tape: Remove the release liner to expose the adhesive surface for optimal bonding
- Aligning Carrier Tapes: Position cut carrier tapes (cover tape down) using the integrated placement guide
- Joining Carrier Tapes: Place both ends of joining carrier tapes onto the first splice tape strip, ensuring proper alignment
- Securing the Splice: Fold the second splice tape strip to the underside and apply firm pressure for secure bonding
- Finalizing the Splice: Remove and discard the clear plastic cover and guide to complete the joining process
