Installation Instructions
- Install the rack flush with the base plate for proper alignment
- Secure all four upright posts firmly using provided screws
- Attach the fixed side panel by aligning holes and tightening screws
- Position the movable side panel with bottom edge closely aligned to rack edge
- Install the base plate by pushing circular locking pins upward and moving movable side panel into position
- Insert the stopper at spring position, ensuring it faces downward to complete installation
Critical Installation Note: Pay special attention to Steps 4 and 5. Ensure circular locking pins on clips align precisely with circular holes on base plate. Proper vertical and horizontal synchronization is crucial to prevent gear skipping issues.
