Operation Process
A. Pallet Placement Area
Manual placement of empty and loaded material packaging trays. Base trays can be pulled out for placement, enabling continuous operation without machine stoppage (follow display screen prompts).
B. Equipment Material Transfer Area
Automated extraction and elevation of loading base trays (bypasses during manual tray changes). XY axis equipped with suction cups or clamps transfers materials from set tray coordinates to discharge track.
C. Discharge Area
Utilizes belt or direct vibration systems to transport materials to retrieval area. Fixation methods adjustable for different equipment models.
D. Material Retrieval Area
Insertion machines collect materials at this position. Material flipping operations can be performed at retrieval position if required.
