A huge roll of raw paper is installed on the unwinding rack, smoothly unfolded, and fed into the production line.
Generates micro roughness and polarity on the surface of paper through high-voltage discharge, increasing surface energy for better PE adhesion.
Food grade polyethylene resin particles are heated, pressurized, and melted into a uniform, viscous fluid in the extruder.
Molten PE flows out evenly from the narrow slit of the T-shaped mold head, with adjustable slit opening for coating thickness control.
PE melt film is pressed with corona-treated paper and quickly cooled by cooling rollers to solidify the PE coating.
Completed paper is either fed for second-side coating or rolled up directly into large PE film coated paper rolls.
