Production Process
The emergence of flat paper is to adapt to specific production modes and process requirements. Its core feature is "printing first, then forming".
Typical processing flow:
- Raw material preparation: Use large rolls of "cup body paper" as raw material.
- Printing: Feed roll paper into a large printing machine for high-speed, large-scale color printing.
- Die cutting: The printed roll paper is pressed into a specific shape by a flat or circular die cutting machine. The most common shape for paper cups is fan-shaped. The arc length of this sector determines the circumference of the cup mouth, and the radius of the sector determines the height of the cup body.
- Organizing and packaging: The die cut fan-shaped paper sheets are stacked, counted, and packaged into boxes to become "flat paper" finished products, which are transported to the paper cup factory.
