Process Characteristics
- PE stands for polyethylene, one of the most common and widely used plastics
- PE resin particles are added into the extruder and melted at high temperature (200-300°C+)
- The molten PE flows out in the form of a thin film through a flat T-shaped die
- In a very short period, this molten film is pressed onto the surface of high-speed paper under pressure
- Then immediately enters the cooling roller for cooling and solidification, firmly bonding with the paper

- Excellent leak resistance: completely blocking liquids, preventing paper cups from leaking or becoming soft
- Good heat sealing performance: excellent bonding during cup making process for seams and bottom sealing
