Coating Technology
In the manufacturing of disposable paper cups, "coating" is a key processing technique, which stands for extrusion coating or melt coating.
Purpose & Function
- Anti leakage: Paper itself has a porous structure, which will soften and leak when exposed to water. The coating layer plays an absolute barrier role, allowing the paper cup to hold liquids such as water, coffee, tea, etc.
