The fan-shaped plates have specific geometric parameters that determine the final cup dimensions:
Small arc radius: Corresponds to the circumference of the bottom of the formed paper cup (joint between cup body and bottom)
Calculation formula: Small circle arc length = Cup bottom diameter × π
Busbar length: The difference between the two radii of a sector (large arc radius - small arc radius)
Note: This length is slightly larger than the vertical height of the paper cup to accommodate the bottom structure (rolled edge).
