Production Process
On the automated paper cup production line, the fan-shaped plate is a crucial link between the previous and the next:
Upstream: Large roll paper → Printing (if necessary) → Film coating → Die cutting and stamping into fan-shaped pieces.
Downstream: The fan-shaped piece is automatically sucked up → rolled into a conical shape and heat pressed to bond the straight edge overlap (forming the cup body) → installed at the bottom of the cup and sealed with rolled edges → output the finished paper cup.
Die cutting is a key step in the production of fan-shaped sheets, requiring high precision and smooth edges without burrs, otherwise it will affect the subsequent bonding quality and paper cup strength.
