Production Process
On the automated paper cup production line, the fan-shaped plate is a crucial link between the previous and the next:
Upstream Process:
- Large roll paper
- Printing (if necessary)
- Film coating
- Die cutting and stamping into fan-shaped pieces
Downstream Process:
- The fan-shaped piece is automatically sucked up
- Rolled into a conical shape and heat pressed to bond the straight edge overlap (forming the cup body)
- Installed at the bottom of the cup and sealed with rolled edges
- Output the finished paper cup
Die cutting is a key step in the production of fan-shaped sheets, requiring high precision and smooth edges without burrs, otherwise it will affect the subsequent bonding quality and paper cup strength.
