Manufacturing Process
- Unwinding and Feeding: Large paper roll installed on paper cup machine, with fan-shaped paper sheets fed at constant speed
- Cup Wall Forming and Side Sealing: Fan-shaped paper sheets wrapped around conical mandrel mold, rolled into cup wall shape with side seams bonded by hot air or ultrasonic technology
- Stamping and Bonding of Cup Bottom: Circular cup bottom paper sheet stamped out and tightly bonded to cup wall bottom through curling process
- Cup Rim Curling: Upper rim rolled up to form sturdy loop, enhancing mouth strength and preventing lip cutting
- Cuping and Stacking: Finished paper cups pushed out of mold, automatically counted and stacked for packaging
