TCM-CZJ column and boom manipulator automatic polishing machine,is designed for polishing huge pressure vessel head /tank cap inner outer surface grinding and buffing.Besides tank heads,it’s also could polish steel tank shell in vertical way.It is widely applied to pressure vessel industries,medical,chemical,environmental purification,food and beverage,as well as water filtration,etc.

Machine tool principle: By rubbing workpiece’s surface against abrasive belt or buffing wheel,the inner and outer surfaces of the head and the welded seam joint can be ground and polished to improve the surface roughness of the workpiece. One end of the beam is equipped with a small column for walking up and down, which is stable in operation and precise in control. When the polishing operation is performed, the main beam does not run up and down.

Technology:This model adopt whole-process constant-pressure (pneumatic) grinding technique to realize internal and external grinding and polishing of the tank body (head).

Electric appliance: The beam moves forward and backward automatically according to the programming.The workpiece can be rotated automatically by frequency conversion to realize continuous automatic polishing and grinding of workpiece, which meets the requirements of batch production, single-piece and multi-species machining, etc.

Frequency conversion: The workpiece rotation and transverse movement are stepless speed regulation of frequency conversion,which can further improve work efficiency.
