Trancar Industries TCM steel tank bottom automatic polishing machine features a column and boom manipulator design for mechanical polishing of steel tank bottom interior and exterior surfaces.
Application Range
TCM-D series automatic polishing machine is suitable for various standard steel metal head surface polishing applications including:

Working Principle
The machine creates surface friction through contact between polishing wheels and workpieces, improving surface smoothness and grinding weld surfaces. Advanced floating technology ensures uniform grinding head contact with workpiece surfaces.
Control System Features
Three-section curve control system with subsection, time-sharing, and different speed capabilities. Beam running time is adjustable via control cabinet time-controllers, while boom speed is set through frequency speed controllers.
