Operating Mechanism
The machine employs four fixed rollers (single side) and two tension rollers supported by a turntable, driving two high-speed rotating abrasive belts for precision polishing. The turntable rotation speed and wire feed speed are precisely synchronized, while the double-headed belt thickness can be freely combined according to specific finish requirements.
