The TCM-W series longitudinal seam welding machine is designed for precision welding of steel tank cylinder shells and sheet metal components. This complete system integrates welding host machine and control system via cable connection for simplified installation and commissioning.

Frame Design
The main frame utilizes robust welded construction with sufficient rigidity and strength to ensure long-term operational stability. Base fixation via foundation bolts provides additional stability during welding operations. Side cabinet includes air source treatment unit, solenoid valves, pneumatic controls, and electrical terminals.
Piano-Type Fixture System
Unique pneumatic fixture design eliminates longitudinal joint assembly clearance automatically. The beam structure features bilateral symmetry with adjustable key spacing from 5-30mm to accommodate different weld seam widths and material thicknesses.
Welding Mandrel & Back Protection
The rigid cylinder welding structure provides essential back support and protection. Adjustable core shaft height accommodates various plate thicknesses. Back protective pad features multiple gas distribution holes for creating full protective atmosphere during single-side welding operations.
