Rack and Pinion Pneumatic Actuator 2-8 Bar Working Pressure 90° Rotation for Ball and Butterfly Valves
Rack and pinion pneumatic actuators are designed for automated quarter-turn valve operation including ball valves, butterfly valves, and plug valves. Featuring dual opposed rack pistons with low friction bearings and guides, these actuators deliver high-performance operation, extended cycle life, and rapid response times.

Double Acting Models: Air pressure applied to port A or B drives pistons outward or inward, rotating the pinion clockwise or counterclockwise while exhausting air from the opposite port.
Spring Return Models: Air pressure compresses springs for rotation, with spring force returning the actuator to position upon pressure loss.
