Automatic Sausage Filler And Linker System (AK3200T + AKQ1200 + AK800)

The AK3200T + AKQ1200 + AK800 automatic sausage filler and linker system is a complete, continuous sausage production line made from SUS304 stainless steel. It combines a vacuum filler, an automatic casing knot tying device, a double clipping machine and an automatic hanging machine to deliver high-speed, fully automated sausage production.

Product Features

• Filling is performed under vacuum, avoiding fat oxidation and proteolysis, reducing bacterial survival and extending shelf life. Products keep a brighter color and a pure taste.
• Equipped with an automatic casing knot tying device suitable for animal casing, protein casing and collagen casing. Stuffing speed reaches 600 knots per minute and can connect with a sausage length controller for high-speed knot tying.
• Each portion can be set from 5g to 99999g. The allowed error is +/-1.6g for paste products and +/-4.6g for diced products.
• Connects with a double clipping machine to realize fully automatic production.
• Key parts are produced by a machining center with high precision. All pumps, impellers and blades adopt a special heat treatment technique, giving a highly smooth, easy-to-clean surface.
• Man-machine interface, servomotor, decelerator and PLC controller are all imported. Vacuum degree can reach -0.1MPa.
• Can link with an automatic sausage hanging machine, a high-speed sausage length controller or a sausage tying machine.
• Made of SUS304 stainless steel, with a novel appearance design and advanced processing technology.
