Q: 1. How come to assure that your lids matching with our cups?
A: For only lids pruchasing customer, we strongly suggest to send their cups for matching test before production to make sure it works. Or we suggest to purchase the cups and lids from our factory, so it will avoid this issue happens.
Q: 2. Can we make customized products that the market has never seen?
A: Yes, we have development department, and could make personalized products according to your design draft or sample. If new mould is needed, then we could make new mould to produce the products you want.
Q: 3. Do you provide free samples?
A: Yes. We offer free samples, clients just need to pay the delivery cost and the delivery account number in UPS/TNT/FedEx/DHL etc. needed.
Q: 4. How long will it take to produce the samples?
A: After the design artwork approved and sample mould cost paid, it takes around 10-15days to get it ready.
