Hollysys LK210 - Serial-Com/Process-Control - Anti-Interference Industrial CPU PLC Module
The Hollysys LK210 series is China's first medium-to-large PLC launched in 2006, featuring single-rack redundancy where two controllers operate in hot backup mode on the same local backplane. Key specifications include a 533 MHz processor with 13 ns bit operation speed, 80 MB integrated storage, 1 MB power-down retention memory, four 10/100M Ethernet ports supporting Modbus TCP, and dual PROFIBUS-DP interfaces.

This PLC offers comprehensive redundancy including power, CPU, Ethernet, and PROFIBUS-DP bus, along with triple-proof (moisture, salt spray, mold) coating for high reliability. It complies with IEC61131 standards, holds IEC61508 SIL2 functional safety certification, and passes Achilles Level 2 cybersecurity testing.
The system supports extensive I/O expansion up to 15,360 channels, multiple industrial protocols, and features hot-swappable modules with anti-misinsertion design for easy maintenance.
