Small-Bore Turbine Flow Sensor for Clean-Liquid Automation (Model 3‑2100‑1H)
The +GF+ Signet 3‑2100‑1H is an inline turbine (rotor) flow sensor optimized for small-diameter process lines and clean liquids. Key parameters include a 3–38 L/min (0.8–10 GPM) range, PVDF wetted parts with ceramic bearings, FKM seals, and a 5–24 VDC powered open-collector pulse/frequency output on a shielded cable. Its removable NEMA 4X electronics let you service the sensor without disturbing piping.
Where It’s Used, What It Enables, and Why It’s Chosen
Installed on ¼–½” tubing or ½” pipe via union/barb/fusion/NPT options, it feeds a flow-proportional pulse signal into Signet instruments or a PLC counter for dosing proportionality, pump-protection interlocks, batch totalization, and flow alarms. Typical uses include chemical addition, fertigation, textile dyeing, high-purity chemical skids, and water/additive loops. Advantages are excellent chemical resistance, compact form factor, and field-serviceable electronics—keeping loops running without full teardown.
