+GF+ 3-8550-2 - ORP-Sense/Data-Log - IP67 Anti-Corrosion Water Quality Transmitter
The +GF+ Signet 3‑8550‑2 (ProcessPro® Flow Transmitter) conditions frequency signals from Signet paddlewheel, turbine, and magmeter sensors into an isolated 4-20 mA loop output with a 2×16 LCD showing flow rate and total. Key parameters include 12-24 VDC power supply, input range of 0.5-1500 Hz, ±0.03 mA output accuracy, two SPDT relays (5A), NEMA 4X/IP65 front protection, and operating temperature range of -10 to +70 °C.
This transmitter drives pump start/stop or alarm interlocks via the two relays while sending a plant-standard 4-20 mA signal to the PLC/DCS for flow monitoring, filter regeneration, dosing proportionality, and leak detection in water/wastewater and chemical-process loops. No separate controller is needed at the measurement point.
