+GF+ 3-2536-P1 - Flow-Detect/Open-Collector-Pulse - PP PVDF Wide Range Insertion Paddlewheel Flow Sensor
The 3-2536-P1 is a standard-mount paddlewheel flow sensor with PP body / PVDF rotor / Ti pin for DN125-DN200 (5-8″) full-pipe liquid service, outputting an open-collector frequency from 0.1-6 m/s with ±1% FS linearity and no pressure drop.
Feeds a noise-immune pulse signal into Signet 8550/8900/PLC counters for pump protection, dosing proportionality, filtration monitoring, and totalization in water, wastewater, scrubber, and chemical delivery loops. The open-core rotor resists cavitation, and the PP/PVDF/Ti wetted path keeps maintenance minimal.
