The 3‑2536.322‑1 (also listed as 3‑2536.320‑1, PN 198 820 052) is the factory replacement rotor (paddlewheel) element for Signet 3‑2536 Rotor‑X flow sensors. This black PVDF wheel with sintered bearing/sleeve slides onto the sensor's titanium/hastelloy pin. It restores original ± 1% FS linearity / ±0.5% FS repeatability without replacing the whole sensor body, and comes with the rotor + bearing + O‑ring hardware needed for a field swap.
When abrasive or high‑velocity service wears the wheel/bearing, you swap in the .322‑1 kit to bring the flow loop back to spec. This keeps pump protection, dosing proportionality, filtration monitoring, and totalization online with minimal downtime. It fits any 3‑2536‑X0/X1/X2/X3/X4/X5 body (PP or PVDF) that uses the standard black‑PVDF rotor.
