The +GF+ Signet P51545 is a wet-well/standpipe Rotor-X paddlewheel with PP body, PVDF rotor, Hastelloy-C pin, and FKM seals, designed for DN50-DN900 full-pipe liquid applications. Key specifications include: 0.3-6 m/s flow range, ±1% FS/±0.5% FS accuracy, self-powered sinusoidal output on 7.6 m cable, compatible with 8550/5090/8900/9900 transmitters or PLC counters.
Provides flow pulses for pump protection, cooling-tower bleed control, wastewater lift-station accounting, and irrigation mains where metal pins are susceptible to pitting. The PP/PVDF/Hastelloy-C construction handles chlorine and oxidizers, while the self-powered design requires no loop power and creates zero pressure drop—making it ideal for large-pipe, corrosive, continuous-duty applications where magnetic flow meters are cost-prohibitive.
