The P51530-P1 is a Rotor-X paddlewheel flow sensor for DN125-200 (5-8″) full-pipe liquids. Features include PP body, PVDF rotor, Ti pin, FKM construction, 0.1-6 m/s flow velocity range, ±1%FS / ±0.5%R accuracy, self-powered sinusoidal output on 7.6 m cable (maximum 60 m), and compatibility with 8550/5090/8900/9900 systems.
Provides flow pulses for pump protection, filtration, RO/DI, scrubber, and chemical delivery applications in 5-8″ pipelines where ½-4″ P0/P2 models don't fit and magnetic flow meters are cost-prohibitive. The PP/PVDF/Ti construction handles mild corrosive media with zero ΔP and self-powered operation, making it a classic low-cost big-pipe workhorse solution.
