Hollysys HGE500-Series - Asynchronous-Motor-Drive/Open-Loop-Vector-Torque-Control - Multi-Communication High Compatibility General Industrial VFD
The Hollysys HGE500 is a three-phase 380V vector VFD for asynchronous motors, with power range from 0.75 to 710 kW. Features optional built-in brake (suffix B) / DC reactor (suffix T), encoder-ready capability, and covers both general drive applications and high-end requirements through the HGE586 sub-series with EtherCAT connectivity and STO SIL3 safety, supporting speed/torque/position modes for both asynchronous and PMSM motors.
Ideal for fans/pumps, conveyors, hoists, textile machinery, machine tools, lithium battery production, and stacking cranes. Key advantages include encoderless high-precision torque control (±5%), SIL3 STO safety certification, and hot-swap terminals. The HGE586 model bridges the gap between VFD and servo drives for high-dynamic control loops.
