Virgin Polyester DTY MICRO SEMI DULL 150D/48F
DTY (Draw Textured Yarn) is a type of polyester filament yarn produced by processing POY through a texturing process. This process disperses, curls and entangles the filaments, giving DTY a fluffy appearance with properties of both natural and synthetic fibers.
As the most widely used texturing process in the textile industry, DTY offers numerous advantages including the ability to process continuous-filament yarns of different polymer types. The yarn can be manufactured in various colors using dope-dyed technology and customized through different heating techniques for specific applications.
