2D×76mm Nylon 66 Fiber (High-Tenacity Grade)
The 2D×76mm Nylon 66 Fiber delivers exceptional mechanical performance for demanding applications including airbag fabrics, premium industrial brushes, and reinforcement materials. Its high-tenacity formulation provides 40% greater strength than conventional nylon 6, with superior chemical resistance and fatigue properties. The precise 260°C melting point makes it ideally suited for thermal bonding processes.
In commercial synthetic fibers, it is second only to polypropylene in lightness (specific gravity less than 1), and lighter than polyester fiber (specific gravity 1.38). This allows polyamide fiber to be processed into fine, soft, and smooth silk for weaving durable fabrics. It offers the same corrosion resistance as polyester fiber, with additional resistance to insects and mold.
