Product Description:
Our top-level 100% recycled polyester DTY (Drawn Textured Yarn) is specially engineered for high-quality fabric knitting, offering exceptional performance while supporting sustainable manufacturing.

How is it Made? The Process Simplified

1. Collection & Sorting: PET bottles are collected, sorted by color, and cleaned.

2. Crushing & Washing: Labels and caps are removed. The bottles are crushed into small flakes and thoroughly washed.

3. Melting & Reformation: The clean flakes are melted down and either directly spun into yarn or first made into recycled polyester chips.

4. Spinning: The recycled polyester melt (or chips that are re-melted) is extruded through a spinneret to form long, continuous filaments, creating Recycled POY.

5. Texturizing (The DTY Process): The Recycled POY is fed into the draw-texturizing machine where it is drawn, heated, twisted, and crimped to become Recycled DTY.

6. Winding: The finished Recycled DTY yarn is wound onto cones for shipping to textile mills.
