Product Description

This product is 64mm polyacrylonitrile staple fiber (PAN fiber), specially engineered for thermal insulation and nonwoven applications. The precise 64mm length ensures excellent processing performance in carding and needling processes, facilitating uniform fiber distribution in nonwoven fabrics. With inherent thermal stability and low thermal conductivity, it effectively enhances insulation properties in various products. The fiber offers superior chemical resistance, flame retardancy, and sound absorption characteristics. Ideal for manufacturing high-temperature insulation materials, automotive sound absorption pads, filtration materials, and construction insulation products.
