This fine-denier (2D) acrylic staple fiber is mainly used in applications requiring high softness and realistic texture due to its soft hand feel, excellent bulkiness, and dyeability.

1. Fake Fur

This is the core application. The fiber is ideal for producing high-end, realistic fake fur.

• Premium plush toys: e.g., stuffed animals (like teddy bears), doll hair, and costumes.

• Imitation animal fur: faux mink, fox, lamb wool, etc., used for apparel coats, jacket linings, home decor, and crafts.

• Apparel fur trims: used for coats, jackets, hats, collars, and cuffs.

2. Textiles & Apparel

In the textile industry, it is often used to produce soft knit or woven products.

• Knitwear: soft sweaters, cardigans, scarves, hats, and gloves that offer wool-like warmth but are lighter.

• Blankets & Throws: exceptionally soft and warm blankets such as Raschel blankets, coral fleece, and baby blankets.
