1.5D × 38mm Semi-dull Nylon Staple Fiber
Product Introduction
1.5D × 38mm Semi-dull Nylon Staple Fiber is a high-quality synthetic staple fiber engineered for versatile textile applications. Manufactured from polyamide (nylon) resin, this fiber combines excellent mechanical properties with a refined semi-dull luster, offering a balanced visual appearance that is neither overly shiny nor completely matte.
With a denier of 1.5D (fine fiber grade) and a cut length of 38mm, this fiber is specifically designed for spinning processes, enabling smooth blending with other fibers such as cotton, wool, or viscose. The semi-dull finish enhances the fiber's aesthetic appeal while maintaining superior dye uptake and color fastness.

Thanks to its fine denier and optimal cutting length, this fiber grade is widely used across various textile sectors.
In spun yarn production, it is well suited for ring spinning and rotor spinning processes, and can be blended with natural or man-made fibers to produce high-strength yarns. For knitted fabrics, the fiber is commonly used in socks, seamless underwear, sportswear, and hosiery, where softness and durability are essential. In woven fabrics, it works well for lightweight outerwear, linings, and stretch fabrics that require resilience.
Additionally, this fiber is frequently applied in non-woven fabrics, such as needlepunch or thermal-bonded nonwovens for automotive interiors, filtration, and insulation materials. It is also widely used in blended textiles, where blending with cotton, wool, or modal helps improve fabric strength, wrinkle resistance, and overall wearing comfort.
Standard packaging includes weaving bags with 200kg per bale (size: 115*95*75cm). Plastic tape is used for additional security.
