Nylon Staple Fiber 38mm 1.5D Semi-Dull Raw White
Product Description
This Nylon Staple Fiber is produced with a cut length of 38mm and a linear density of 1.5 denier (1.5D). It features a semi-dull luster finish and is supplied in a raw white color. The fiber offers excellent tensile strength, good elastic recovery, and outstanding abrasion resistance, which are characteristic properties of nylon. The semi-dull finish reduces natural light reflection, providing a more subdued appearance compared to bright fibers

This 100% nylon high-tenacity staple fiber, enhanced with nano-ceramics, delivers exceptional mechanical strength coupled with superior heat absorption, making it ideal for industrial textiles requiring high-temperature resistance and impact protection.
Total heat nylon fiber incorporates nano ceramic material that absorbs the sun's high-energy band (0.3 to 2.0 um energy accounting for 95%) and converts it into heat energy, while reflecting nearly 100% of the human body's low energy band (10 microns wavelength).
