Product Introduction

Fineness: 3 Denier (3D) – medium thickness acrylic fiber, offering soft hand feel and good strength.
Fiber Type: Staple fiber, suitable for downstream textile processes.

Feature	Description
High-Bulk	Special crimping and heat-setting processes give the fiber excellent resilience and bulkiness, providing fabrics with a rich, warm hand feel similar to wool.
Antistatic	Antistatic agents or modified copolymerization significantly reduce surface resistance, minimizing static charge buildup, pilling, and unpleasant shocks during wearing, while improving processing efficiency.
For Knitting	Fiber length, crimp, and lubricants are optimized for knitting processes (circular and flat knitting machines), ensuring smooth operation without fuzzing or roller wrapping at high speeds.
Acrylic Properties	Good warmth retention, high lightfastness and weather resistance, brilliant dyeability, mildew and moth resistance, easy care and quick drying.

Cross-section: typically round or profiled (e.g., flat, bean-shaped) to further enhance bulk and antistatic performance.
Soft, smooth hand feel similar to natural wool, but lighter and more sunlight-resistant than wool.
