6.0D x 76mm Full-Dull Round Nylon 66 Fiber is a coarse-denier, long-length nylon 66 staple fiber designed for applications requiring high durability, excellent rigidity, and a completely matte appearance. The "6.0D" indicates a coarse fiber fineness, providing each fiber with high stiffness, good resilience, and strong resistance to compression and bending fatigue. The "76mm" represents the fiber length, which falls into the long-staple or wool-type fiber range, making it suitable for wool spinning systems and the production of bulky, high-strength yarns. "Full-Dull" refers to the fully matte finish achieved with a higher titanium dioxide content, giving the fiber surface almost no light reflection and a completely non-lustrous appearance. "Round" indicates a circular cross-section, which is the standard fiber shape that ensures consistent processing and performance.

This fiber is manufactured from nylon 66 polymer (polyhexamethylene adipamide). Compared to nylon 6, nylon 66 offers higher melting point, better heat resistance, superior strength retention at elevated temperatures, and improved dimensional stability. The full-dull finish provides excellent hiding power and a soft, non-reflective surface, making this fiber suitable for applications where low gloss is desired.
