Butyl rubber waterproofing membrane is a single-sided or double-sided self-adhesive membrane mainly made of butyl rubber and coated on reinforced aluminum foil and corrugated aluminum foil. This product has strong adhesion to the surface of various materials, especially suitable for color steel tiles and roof cracks. It has excellent weather resistance, aging resistance, and water resistance, and can seal the surface of the adhesive. Shock absorption, protection, etc. can remain uncured during the service life, thus having a good follow-up effect on the thermal expansion, contraction, and mechanical deformation of the adhered surface. This product is completely solvent-free, does not shrink, and does not emit toxic gases. It is an environmentally friendly solvent-free waterproof sealing and adhesive material.

      Construction applications      

• Substrate Preparing: remove the protruding sharp corners and rubbish on the substrate;
•  Apply the primer (if necessary): the old color steel plate needs to be painted with the supporting water-based "rust-free primer";
•  Large area installation: align the tape with the reference line, and roll it forward and to both sides with a rubber roller to discharge air;
•  Overlap: Use pressure rollers for firm overlap;
•  Detail treatment: strengthen the details treatment according to the requirements of the specification;
