Epdm (OP) rubber waterproof membrane is an innovative high-elasticity product. It's made from synthetic rubber blended

with a tire compound system, combined with reinforcing agents, plasticizers, anti-aging agents, and vulcanizing accelerators.

Through mixing, extrusion, calendering, vulcanization, and shaping, it forms a robust waterproof membrane.

      Advantages      

  · Anti-aging: Its molecular structure lacks double bonds in the main chain, ensuring superior resistance to UV rays, ozone, and harsh weather.
· Thermal tolerance: Withstands temperatures as low as -40°C and as high as 160°C, ideal for extreme cold and hot conditions.
· Chemical resilience: Resistant to acids, alkalis, and most chemical substances, offering excellent corrosion protection.
· Mechanical strength: Boasts a tensile strength of 7.36MPa and an impressive 450% elongation at break, adapting well to substrate expansion or cracking.
· Low water uptake: Keeps the membrane dry, minimizing leakage risks.

   · Primarily applied in waterproofing scenarios: roofs, overpasses, subgrade structures, restroom areas, buried facilities, tunnel passages, and dam surfaces, as well as alcohol containment in chemical plants.
