EPDM (OP) rubber waterproof membrane represents a cutting-edge, high-resilience material. Crafted from a blend of synthetic

rubber and a specialized tire compound formula, it incorporates reinforcing additives, softeners, anti-oxidants, and vulcanization

promoters. Through processes like compounding, extrusion, calendaring, vulcanization, and molding, it evolves into a durable

waterproof membrane.

      Advantages      

· Thermal Stability: Capable of enduring temperatures ranging from -40°C to 160°C, making it a prime choice for both frigid and sweltering environments.
· Chemical Resistance: Unaffected by acids, alkalis, and the majority of chemical agents, providing reliable protection against corrosion.
· Mechanical Properties: Features a tensile strength of 7.36MPa and a remarkable 450% elongation at break, enabling it to effectively accommodate substrate expansion and cracking.
· Hydrophobic Trait: Maintains a dry state, significantly reducing the likelihood of water leakage.

  · Widely used in various waterproofing applications: rooftops, elevated roadways, foundation structures, bathroom spaces,

underground installations, tunnel linings, dam exteriors, and alcohol storage areas in chemical plants.

· Employed as geosynthetic liners for water-related projects, including swimming pools, water transport channels, and agricultural

irrigation systems.

· The default color is black, but white versions can be customized. The white option boosts solar reflectivity, creating an

energy-efficient "cool roof" effect, which is particularly suitable for park buildings.
