Our in-house R&D team continuously tests hand crank windows against Australian conditions: UV exposure, salt spray, wind cycling, water penetration, and mechanical endurance. We operate our own test rig that simulates 15 years of use in just 6 weeks. Every production batch undergoes random sampling checks before leaving the factory. We measure seal compression force, handle torque, frame squareness, and glass thickness. If a batch fails even one metric, it is quarantined and reworked. This is why our defect rate is below 0.3%. For builders and architects who demand traceability, we provide lot numbers and test certificates for every order.
