Especially in the initial stage of the model, parts often need to be tested and modified multiple times. If the stamping process is adopted, it will incur high tooling fees and mold modification fees. However, the etching process has no tooling fees and allows for flexible design modifications. The delivery time for samples can be completed within a few days.

Chemical etching is a subtractive manufacturing process that uses controlled chemical reactions to selectively remove material, creating precise, complex parts.
