| 1.Clean the hydraulic oil circuit and check the hydraulic oil. If there are iron filings or copper filings, they must be cleaned. At the same time: replace the hydraulic oil filter and oil return filter. |
| 2.Check if the oil circuit is blocked. |
| 3.Check if the pipeline connection is correct. |
| 4.Check whether there is oil leakage at the connection between the motor and the reducer. |
| 5.Check whether the pressure setting is normal. |
| 6.Using good hydraulic oil for swing motor can extend the service life . |
| 7.After installation, hydraulic oil needs to enter the swing motor completely, and it will work normally after about half an hour. If the oil is not full, it will not work. |
