pelton turbine is a kind of hydraulic prime mover which uses a special water guide mechanism to lead out a free jet with kinetic energy and rush to the runner bucket to make the runner rotate and do work, so as to complete the conversion of water energy into mechanical energy. The impulse turbine is suitable for the power station with high head and small flow. It transforms the water from the pressure pipe into the high-speed jet after passing through the nozzle. It impacts the runner tangentially and pushes the runner to rotate, so as to drive the rotor of the generator to rotate and generate electricity. In the impulse turbine, it can be divided into cut turbine, inclined turbine and double-click turbine according to the different relative position of working jet and runner and the number of work.
