1. Description: system can continuously monitor the steam turbines of all important parameters, such as: to speed, overspeed protection, eccentric, shaft vibration, cover vibration, axial displacement, differential expansion, and thermal expansion of the parameter monitoring, so that the machine maintenance more planning and improve the availability of turbine unit. Sensor is a mechanical and electrical conversion device that converts mechanical vibration quantity, displacement and rotational speed to electric quantity. According to the performance of the sensor and the requirement of the test object, the rotating speed, eccentricity, shaft displacement, shaft vibration and differential expansion of the turbine unit are measured by eddy current sensor.
