Power Harrow PTO Driven 3.5 Meter Working Width for Wet Paddy Seedbed Preparation
Puddled rice ground is a different problem from dry farmland. It is wet, sticky and slow to break down, and a seedbed built the wrong way will hold water unevenly and rob the crop of an even start. This tractor-mounted power harrow does the whole job in one pass: vertical tines turn the PTO drive into a chopping, mixing action that breaks clods and blends straw into a fine, even tilth, while the rear roller firms and levels the surface behind it. For a rice-wheat rotation where windows between crops are short, that single pass matters, because the field is ready to plant the same day.
Key Features- PTO-Driven Vertical Tines: Powered action crumbles wet or sticky soil that a disc or tine harrow cannot break down alone.
- One-Pass Seedbed: Loosening, crushing, mixing and firming happen in a single trip, saving fuel and turnaround time.
- Heavy-Duty Gearbox: A cast gearbox with hardened gears handles continuous use in tough, wet conditions.
- Rear Levelling Roller: The roller consolidates the surface and leaves a level, clod-free finish ready for seeding.
- Multi-Function: Covers seedbed preparation, residue mixing and post-harvest cultivation with one implement.
- Three-Point Linkage: Fits standard category tractors in the 90-200 hp class used across the region.

Seedbed preparation for paddy rice, and dry-field work for maize, vegetables and sugarcane where a fine, even tilth is required. The harrow is well suited to rice-wheat and rice-vegetable rotations, and to any programme where a single fast pass must leave ground plant-ready. In wet conditions it keeps working where lighter implements bog down or leave the surface smeared.
Packaging & Quality AssuranceThe harrow ships with the gearbox oil drained and the rotor assembly secured, packed on a steel base inside a seaworthy wooden case to protect bearings during sea freight. Gearboxes are pressure tested and rotors are balanced before dispatch. Manufacturing follows ISO 9001:2015 and units carry CE marking for export markets. Replacement blades, rotors and gearbox seals are held as stock items to keep seasonal downtime short.
