Years of shallow cultivation and heavy machinery traffic leave a hardpan a handspan below the surface. Water sits on top of it, roots stop at it, and yields flatten out no matter how much fertiliser goes on. This deep tillage subsoiler is made to go under that layer and break it, lifting and shattering the compacted pan without turning the soil over or bringing raw subsoil to the top. Vertical-leg shanks run to 40 cm, and the machines are built around 90 to 130 hp tractors, so they fit the fleet size that most upland and paddy-rotation farms already run.

Breaking compaction pans before planting in upland crops and paddy rotations. The subsoiler is used ahead of rice, maize, soybean and root crops, and to relieve the traffic pan that builds up along headlands and tramlines. Where drainage is poor, deep loosening lets water move down through the profile instead of ponding on the surface, which reduces losses in a wet season.
Packaging & Quality AssuranceSubsoilers ship with shanks removed and crated alongside the frame to keep container height down, with points and bolts bagged and labelled.
