Lube Oil Separator Operating principle:

After entering the rotating drum with high speed, the turbid liquid enters the disc pile along the channel. The multi-components of different densities form three dynamic concentric rings under the action of strong eccentricity, and the small density of solid particles is outward. The movement accumulates on the peripheral wall of the drum to form the outermost layer; the dense phase heavy liquid is thrown to the lower surface of the disc, and slides down the disc area to form an intermediate layer; the light phase liquid with a lower density is turned to the drum The center moves to form the innermost. then. The three components formed are discharged from the respective drums by respective channels.
