Filtering centrifuge to separate the solid phase from the liquid phase

The piston centrifuge belongs to the filtering centrifuge. The filtering method uses the screen as the filtering medium to separate the solid phase from the liquid phase. It does not require the density difference between the solid phase and the liquid phase;

It is used to complete all operation procedures at full speed, such as feeding, separation, washing, drying and unloading

2. Working principle  
After drum reaching full speed, it can continuously send the material to feeding plate through feeding pipe. Because of the centripetal force, the material will be distributed uniformly along circumference to filter screen installed on drum, solid phase is hold back on the screen and forms ring-like filter cake. Solid phase will be pushed out from drum little by little according to the reciprocating motion of stage I drum, then discharged from discharge spout on machine body.

Double Stage Pushing Centrifuge is applied to separate the slurry which has middle-size crystal or fiber particle,average grading of solid phase 2 0.1mm,solid content (volume ratio) is 30-70%. If change feeding and distributing type,this machine can be also used to dry solid-phase material which is not diffluent, it has good washing effect and large capacity.
The machine is widely used for treating hundreds of materials like: Salt treatment of waste water (MVR), edible salt, kalium chloratum, ammonium chloride, ammonium sulfate (flue desulfuration), urotropin, ox bone particle(gelatin), sodium sulfate, chlorine and alkali industry, nitrocotton, cotton seeds, glyphosate, etc.
